At Freet Barefoot, we want you to experience the perfect natural fit, so if your shoes aren't quite right, you can return them within 30 days of receipt. All items must be in their original, unworn condition and include the original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Shoes
Place the unworn shoes in their original box and secure them inside a mailing bag or outer carton to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to Freet
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
